Important Notice: BabyEra is an educational and supportive application, not a medical application or medical device. BabyEra does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, emergency advice, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Any medical decision must be made with a qualified local healthcare professional.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the BabyEra application, website, content, features, and related services. By downloading, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using BabyEra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BabyEra.
BabyEra is provided and operated by Aegeantek. References to “BabyEra,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to BabyEra and Aegeantek.
BabyEra is intended for adults, parents, prospective parents, and caregivers. It is not directed to children and should not be used by a child without the supervision of a responsible adult.
BabyEra provides general educational and supportive information relating to preparation for pregnancy, pregnancy, newborn care, early childhood, parenting, and family wellbeing.
BabyEra does not:
Users must consult a qualified local healthcare professional for medical questions, symptoms, tests, treatments, medication, supplements, pregnancy concerns, or emergencies. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services immediately.
BabyEra aims to provide useful, carefully prepared educational and supportive content. However, individual circumstances differ, information may change over time, and no particular medical, developmental, parenting, emotional, or personal outcome is guaranteed.
The BabyEra application may be downloaded free of charge. Certain content, stages, or features require an active paid subscription.
BabyEra may offer the following auto-renewable subscription options:
The exact price and currency are displayed in the application before purchase and are determined by the applicable app store for the user’s country or region.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed to the user’s Apple Account, and subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed to the user’s Google Play account, after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable app store.
The applicable Apple Account or Google Play account may be charged for renewal before the end of the current period, according to the billing rules shown by the applicable app store and at the price displayed for the selected subscription.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account subscription settings on Apple devices or through Google Play subscription settings on Android devices. Deleting the BabyEra application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Any free trial, introductory offer, promotional offer, or discounted period, when available, will be described before purchase and is subject to the conditions shown by Apple or Google Play, as applicable. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased, where applicable.
Users who previously purchased an eligible BabyEra subscription through Apple or Google Play may use the “Restore Purchases” function in the application where available. Restoration depends on the same Apple Account or Google Play account used for the original purchase and on the transaction records of the applicable app store.
Subscription prices, currencies, offers, and availability may vary by country or region and may change in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play rules. Where required, the applicable app store will provide notice or request consent before a price change takes effect.
Payments and refund requests for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies. Payments and refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google under Google Play’s applicable policies. BabyEra and Aegeantek do not directly process app-store payments or independently approve refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google Play.
BabyEra may allow users to enter information or select photos for personal profiles, memories, or albums. Such content is intended to remain stored locally on the user’s device unless the user independently chooses to export or share it.
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their device, safeguarding device backups, and deciding whether to export or delete their locally stored content. Uninstalling the application, clearing browser or application storage, changing devices, or device failure may result in loss of locally stored information.

BabyEra, its name, visual identity, design, written content, audio content, graphics, structure, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Aegeantek and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription where required, users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use BabyEra for private, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
BabyEra may contain links to or interact with third-party services, including Apple services, Google Play services, email, Telegram, Instagram, or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BabyEra is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independent third-party services.
Use of BabyEra is also governed by the BabyEra Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information and locally stored content are handled.

We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of BabyEra when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical maintenance, content improvement, or service development.
We do not guarantee that BabyEra will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or available in every country or region.
Access may be restricted or terminated where a user materially violates these Terms, attempts unauthorized access, abuses the service, infringes intellectual property rights, or uses BabyEra unlawfully. Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law or the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BabyEra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that all content will be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every individual situation. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BabyEra and Aegeantek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use BabyEra.
BabyEra is not responsible for medical decisions, emergency decisions, treatment choices, medication decisions, or other actions taken without appropriate professional advice. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
These Terms may be updated when BabyEra features, subscriptions, legal requirements, or services change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
For the iOS and iPadOS versions of BabyEra, these Terms are between the user and Aegeantek, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for BabyEra or its content, maintenance, support, warranties, or claims except as required under Apple’s applicable terms.
These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Where Apple’s mandatory terms apply or conflict with these Terms, Apple’s applicable terms control.

For the Android version of BabyEra distributed through Google Play, the purchase, billing, subscription management, cancellation, and refund process is also subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available to users under the laws of their country or region.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable consumer protection rights.
